What can I say, right from the get-go it was customer-service 100% . I was there for a tire change from season to season and I had to wait a little longer because of the sensors, this lovely lady came out and said to me, that because of the sensors it might take a little longer help yourself to coffee tea hot chocolate and if you need me I'm right here for you. This is all we want to hear if people could just come out and do that life would be good thank you Kia for 100% great customer service

Couldn't have been happier with the service I recieved. I went to a few dealerships and was pushed hard for the sale but at kia they were very relaxed, there was no "don't-think-buy-now" attitude like there was at the others. My experience dealing with George was fantastic, one of the best and friendliest salesmen I've met and dealt with. My experience here was great and I'd highly recommend kia to anyone looking to purchase or lease a vehicle. Ended up driving off the lot with a brand new kia forte and couldn't have been happier with my decision.

I came in without an appointment, and they were still able to accommodate me and change my oil. The best part of my experience here are always the shuttle drivers, Alan and Jerry. Professional and mature, and always great conversations, and always on time. They truly make the experience a great one!

The service was excellent throughout the entire process. I was really in a bind with my old car being completely out of commission. I got a really good deal and they went above and beyond to help me.
